- Regular participants: 300 €

- Students: 200 €
- Regular participants: 350 €
Abstract submission
After registering, you will be able to login here to modify your data and / or submit a presentation.
The deadline to be considered for an oral presentation is Friday May 31, 2026.
The deadline to be considered for a poster presentation is Friday June 19, 2026.
Abstract details
Abstract should have a maximum of 2500 characters, including spaces.
References should be in the RSC style: superscript in the text and numbered list with: A. Name, B. Name and C. Name, Journal Title (abreviated), year, volume, page/article number(s), DOI [optional].
You can also add a figure (png, jpg or tiff) with a short figure caption.
Student grants (deadline: May 31, 2026 )
Some travel grants will be available for students:
- For students and postdocs from UK, you can apply for a grant via the CCP-NC; see details here
- For all the other students, you can apply by sending an email to smarter9@uni-bayreuth.de with a copy of your student ID, a letter of recommendation from your supervisor and a copy of your submitted abstract.
